Union Minister for Fertilizers Hans Raj Gangaram said that the BJP-led NDA Government would develop Warangal as the second capital of Telangana if BJP candidate Dr. P. Devaiah wins the by-polls.
Participating in the election campaign, he said that the Centre was serious on the development of Telangana State. He said Chief Minister K. Chandrashekar Rao was habitual of enforcing by-elections and Warangal by-polls were imposed upon the people by him. He blamed KCR for the farmers suicide and said no section of the society was happy with the performance of TRS Government.
The Union Minister promised that the Centre would develop Warangal by providing adequate funds. He said people should not trust TRS and Congress. (INN)
