“In elections like these, there are various reasons as to why the candidates win, some are even made to win. The assembly elections is not the same, it is a different ball game altogether. As I have already said, the election result has not gone in anyone’s favour. So, let’s not think too much over it,” he added.
Sinha further said that the BJP would fight the upcoming assembly polls due to take place later this year with unity and a proper strategy.
“In the days to come, we will make sure that we strengthen our party to the utmost and fight all elections strategically and with unity,” he said.
Sinha also showered praise on former Bihar chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi, but refused to give his opinion the NDA’s chierf ministerial candidate for the upcoming state assembly polls.
The BJP-led NDA won 13 out of 24 seats in the MLC polls, the results of which were declared on Friday.(ANI)
