Bihar has decided to opt for development path: BJP

New Delhi, Nov. 5 : Expressing confidence of a comprehensive win in the Bihar Assembly polls, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Thursday said the people have already decided to opt for the path of development and take the state out of the darkness of backwardness.

“The people of Bihar have already decided to opt for the path of development and take Bihar out of the darkness of backwardness also to move ahead along with the rest of the country towards the 21st century,” said BJP spokespersons Sudhanshu Trivedi.

“We are very confident that we are going to get a very comfortable and huge majority in this election,” he added

Amidst tight security arrangement, aggressive voting has been registered in Bihar during the fifth and final phase of polling in 57 constituencies spread over nine districts of the state. These districts are Madhubani, Supaul, Araria, Kishanganj, Purnia, Katihar, Madhepura, Saharsa and Darbhanga.

An estimated 40 percent voters have so far exercised their right of franchise till 1 pm. (ANI)
