Balotelli has changed radically, claims AC Milan boss

London, Sep 02 : Controversial Italian footballer Mario Balotelli is a changed man since his return to AC Milan this summer, the club’s CEO Adriano Galliani has claimed.

The 25-year-old rejoined the Italian club on a season-long loan last month just a year after leaving Milan to move to Liverpool.

Balotelli endured a disastrous outing at Anfield, scoring only one Premier League goal and faced flak for his attitude and lack of work-rate during his ill-fated campaign last season.

However, Galliani claimed that Balotelli has an extraordinary attitude and insisted that he has changed radically, the Guardian reported.

A good behaviour clause inserted into his Milan contract prohibits Balotelli from having extravagant haircuts and clothing besides banning him from night clubs and smoking.

Galliani said that the maverick striker has now become punctual and hardworking, adding that Balotelli wouldn’t squander this opportunity. He insisted that the former Manchester City player would be fine if he maintains this approach throughout the season. (ANI)
