New Delhi, Oct. 20 : Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Tuesday sought a report from Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar into the Ballabhgarh incident in which two children of a Dalit family were allegedly burnt alive.
The Home Minister took stock of the situation during a telephonic conversation with Khattar and asked him to ensure that peace prevails in the region.
Some members of the Rajput community had earlier today reportedly set on fire the home of the victims in Faridabad district of Haryana, killing two children and injuring their parents.
Tension has gripped the locality after the incident. (ANI)
