Ballabhgarh (Haryana), Oct. 20 : Former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda on Tuesday said law and order situation in the state has deteriorated completely.

“It appears that there is no government in the state,” Hooda said after meeting the father of the Ballabhgarh fire attack victims.
