Assistant Secretary Waqf Board Mohammed Sultan Muhiuddin has been suspended for alleged tampering of Waqf Board files and misleading high officials regarding court order. Following the decision by concerned officer in this connection Chief Executive Officer issued orders. The suspended officer has been ordered not to leave Hyderabad till the completion of enquiry. It is said that the said assistant secretary had submitted misleading report regarding the orders issued by the state High Court with regard to election of Board of Trustees of Shahi Jama Masjid Adooni, Kurnool district, consequently notice of contempt of court was issued against Chief Executive Officer. Apart from that the said officer is said to have tampered the concerned record by erasing the typed script and writing the matter with hand. He also threatened concerned staff in this connection. All these activities have been recorded in CCTV camera.
