The Compliance Associate is responsible for ensuring that there are relevant quality checks defined in the processing of VISA for employees. He / She must ensure that the issues relating to ethics and compliance are evaluated, monitored, managed and resolved in an appropriate manner.
Ensures that the evaluation measurement criterias are defined, documented and communicated to all VISA processing employees.
Conducts audits for the designated country / regions as per the auditing guidelines set under the compliance framework.
Responsible for highlighting the issues / errors in the processing through formal quality/compliance dashboards on a daily/weekly basis.
Must be updated of the immigration laws of the respective countries/regions.
Provides coaching / feedback on the areas of opportunities and strengths to the respective VISA processing employee
Must maintain an uniform spread of audits across countries / regions
Initiate Process Improvements / Kaizen initiatives and seek guidance from the Compliance Manager
Experience of 3-5 years in similar field with an exposure to Compliance / Transaction level audits.
Knowledge of Immigration / Visa Processing (an added advantage, though not mandatory)
Exposure to Auditing Internal Audits, Transaction Audits
Proficiency on MS Excel (Must), MS-PPT
Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified / 7 QC Tools / exposure to Kaizen
Excellent Analytical Skills
