JOB DESCRIPTION:
Housekeeping Services:
Understand HK requirements of large campus, prepare periodical cleaning schedules to ensure all parts of the campus get equal attention and clean & hygiene condition maintained across the campus
Review deployment of HK staff for effective utilization of manpower
Drive for more automation
Review HK methodologies and fine tune to get maximum efficiency and effective cleaning
Monitor cleaning standards across the campus
Setup periodical audit mechanism to ensure execution of scheduled activities
Coordinate with concerned departments and individuals for rectification of snags identified by HK team
Carry out periodical audits and surprise checks
Should be able to initiate and implement best practices like 5S
Ensure Operation and maintenance records of all HK machinery are maintained properly
Responsible for periodical maintenance of HK machinery and ensure all equipment are in working condition
Responsible for maintenance of HK equipment belonging to the organization
Understand and implement required HK practices for Green buildings
Record customer complaints and ensure these issues are addressed at root level
Material Management:
Plan periodical requirement of HK consumables, Toiletries, Chemicals and other accessories, raise indents and follow-up with vendors for delivery at site in time
Monitor material consumption trends and ensure inventory records are maintained properly
Analyse material consumption trends, comment on efficiency levels and recommend best practices to optimize material consumption
Pest Control:
Understand Pest Control requirements across the campus , draw schedules and ensure effective execution of the same
Review effectiveness of pest control methodology through field level audit & customer feedback and workout solutions for addressing the same
Facade Cleaning:
Understand scope and methodology of Faade Cleaning
Should be able to monitor and control for effective cleaning
Ensure vendors implement all required safety practices of highest level
Coordinate with Vendors and clients for scheduled cleaning
Vendor Management:
Monitor attendance of service providers team members
Verify Monthly material consumption details provided by Service Provider
Support seniors in verification and certification of monthly invoice submitted by service provider
Guide service provider in preparing training calendar and support in training
Record Performance Feedback of service provider
Ensure Service providers enforce safety regulations to achieve ZERO accidents
Compliance Management:
Single point of contact for maintaining statutory compliance
Maintain tracker for all statutory approvals and initiate renewal process in time wherever necessary
Coordinate with Statutory auditors for periodical audits
Coordinate with all vendors in the campus to ensure they follow all statutory norms
Non compliance issues to be highlighted to management
