It is alleged that Saber Pasha, Arabic Teacher of Darul Shifa High School molested a girl student of VIII standard. She complained to her parents. They came and pounced upon him and handed him over to Meer Chouk Police Station. Police Charge sheeted him under section 354 of IPC and sent him to judicial custody. DCP of South Zone Police, Mr. Tarun Joshi told after the statement of the 13 year old victim, a criminal case has been registered against him.
The advocate of the accused filed a petition in the court that Saber Pasha is a Govt. servant and the allegations against him are false. The petition was rejected by the court. Saber Pasha is a teacher of Arabic and he also functions as Imam of the mosque at Hajj House Nampally.
