AP employees agree to work from Amaravati from June 2

The representatives of Andhra Pradesh Secretariat Employees Association called on Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu in Vijayawada on Thursday and assured that all employees were willing to work from the new capital Amravati from 2nd June 2016 onwards.

Association president Murali Krishna clarified that the employees have not placed any conditions to start working from Amaravati. He said that the employees would start shifting to Amaravati once the location of their offices is finalised. The Association leaders urged the Chief Minister to issue GOs pertaining to PRC, Loans and Advances of the employees. They also urged the Chief Minister to allot housing sites to employees in Amaravati.

The Chief Minister has agreed to release the pending DA arrears on immediate basis. (INN)
