Amer Ali Khan presents Rs. 2.11 lakh to girl student for higher education

Siasat Daily has left no stone unturned in encouraging the girls of the community apart from the boys and provided them financial assistance whenever they needed. With the efforts of Siasat many brilliant students got admission in prestigious educational institutions. One among such students is Azra Masood resident of Humayun Nagar. Mr. Amer Ali Khan news editor Siasat handed over 2.11 lakh to the girl to pursue MS from IIIT.

Azra Masood’s father runs a watch store at Santosh Nagar and has studied till 7th class, while her mother Nikhat Azra has done MSc. However the couple paid special attention towards the education of their children and consequently one of Azra’s sisters is a doctor while another one is a physiotherapist and her brother is a engineer.

Azra Masood did B.Tech from MVSR Engineering College. She did SSC from Brilliant School Dilsukhnagar and got 566 marks. She secured 920 marks in intermediate while studying in Narayana Junior College. She got 70 percent in B.Tech since she was interested in doing MS in Information Technology she needed 4.5 lakh for pursuing 2 year course. In this situation she approached Siasat editor Mr. Zahed Ali Khan and news editor Mr. Amer Ali Khan. Mr. Amer Ali Khan briefed the situation to his close friend who donated Rs. 2.11 lakh as her first year fee. He requested to maintain anonymity as he did this for seeking only Allah’s pleasure and not to show off.
