Adele wrote a song to let ex-boyfriend know she is ‘over it’

Los Angeles: Adele’s much anticipated album “25” is set to release on November 20 and the singer has given out details about a revenge song from her record, pointing at her ex-boyfriend.

Through the song, which goes like,”Send my love to your new love-HUH-er / Treat her better, the “Skyfall” hitmaker wants to tell the guy that she is done with him completely, reported Us magazine.

The Oscar-winning singer’s infamous ex, also inspired many of her most popular songs, including “Someone Like You” and “Set Fire to the Rain.”

“It sounds obvious, but I think you only learn to love again when you fall in love again. I’m in that place. My love is deep and true with my man, and that puts me in a position where I can finally reach out a hand to the ex. Let him know I’m over it,” Adele said.

Contrary to the reports of trouble between her and partner Konecki, Adele said they are still together. “Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. And very happy.”

The fact that she is writing songs with someone else as the inspiration does not bother the father of her 3-year-old son, Angelo.

“My man is loyal. My man is strong. So we spoke early on, and he said, ‘Your writing isn’t anything to do with me.’ He’s fine with it. And it takes a strong man, I think, to be like that,” she said.
