Tollywood cine actor Manchu Vishnu today visited the CBI office at Koti to give his statement in connection with rampant corruption in the Censor Board office.
It may be mentioned here that recently director of Censor Board of Film Certification Srinivasa Rao was trapped by the CBI sleuths while he was demanding and accepting a bribe of Rs 10,000 from a cine director for doing official favour.
In the wake of the Censor Board director demanding and accepting bribe from cine producer, the rampant corruption in the Censor Board office came to light. In this connection, the CBI sleuths are collecting information about corrupt activities of the Board members and directors. (NSS)
