Achari aloo


250 g – baby Potatoes

50 g – mustard dal

1/4 tsp – Amchoor powder

1 tsp – Red Chilli powder

1/4 tsp – Mustard oil

1/4 tsp – cumin powder

Salt as per taste


Boil the potatoes, peel and cut.
Heat mustard oil in a pan and when it smokes, remove from heat.
Add the potatoes and all the spices. Mix well.
Achaari aloo is ready to serve.
