Job Description


o Manage the post-sales life cycle of an Enterprise Customer

o Train the customer on the efficient way of using the NowFloats product to increase their web presence

ï‚· Engagement

o Operate as a lead point of contact for Enterprise Customers and establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts

o Lead fortnightly engagement calls with the customers and provide them with a comprehensive summary of their weekly reports

o Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis

o Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while introducing new product opportunities

o Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

ï‚· Support

o Very high degree of customer orientation. Own customer issues till closure and resolve them, working through the internal system of the organization

o Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations

ï‚· Renewal

o Engage with existing customers and renew their accounts annually

UG: B.Tech/B.E. – Computers
PG:Any Postgraduate
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required

ï‚· Proven account management or other relevant experience

ï‚· Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

ï‚· Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs

ï‚· Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail

ï‚· Excellent communication and follow-up skills

ï‚· Good interpersonal, negotiation and strong leadership skills

ï‚· Ability to analyze and predict bottlenecks/ issues

ï‚· Should have a good understanding of Technology and Digital Marketing

ï‚· Comfortable with a start-up culture – ambiguous and unpredictable work hours
