Job Description

Responsible for the negotiation, agreement, achievement and delivery of Key Region Strategic Imperatives, which are reliant on Hyderabad Global Business Solutions Centre (BSC). Ensures delivery of the required service quality to Regional and Country Pharma Organisations (CPO), drives establishment of SLA KPIs along with the Function Heads in GCO HYD and country/regional office in accordance to business case specifications. Also is a ‘Single Point of Contact’ and ‘GBS Champion for senior leaders (CPO Heads/BU Heads/MSO Heads) within Regional offices and CPOs. Interacts/influences Regional Pharma Executive Committee (PEC) level leaders and negotiates/agrees services and solutions on behalf of the team and has a clear understanding of the appropriate mutual level of risk for both Region and GCO Responsible for creating a detailed knowledge base of the available GBS services and solutions. Responsible for driving the optimal uptake of the GBS Service Catalogue from internal stakeholders to deliver on quality, time and productivity targets at Regional level. Takes initiative, ensures organisational buy-in and defends them efficiently so that they are implemented and actively manages the transition of these projects from Region and CPOs to BSC/GBS (Global Business Services). Responsible for issue resolution, mediation, ensuring governance between stakeholders and multiple delivery teams within complex matrix environment (Region/CPO/GCO/external vendors) Leads/agrees the prioritisation (across multiple stakeholders and CPOs) of business deliverables based on business needs and Key Regional Initiatives and aligns with GBS delivery capacity Works collaboratively with the GBS Function Heads, and where appropriate other BSCs, to ensure appropriate resource levels/resource deployment of the Hyderabad Global Business Service Centre to meet customer needs Work closely with new customers and Global Commercial Operations Head to plan structure of Hyderabad team and transition Ensure appropriate resource levels for service provision to Regional office & CPOs. In set-up mode, establish build-up plan for transition of services from Region to Hyderabad Represents the Region within the Global Business Solution Leadership team and is a senior member of the GCO Commercial Leadership Team. Ensure effective resource and organisational support for Region and Operating Units. Establish SLA (Service Level Agreements) required for effective provision of service to Regions. Manage the interface with the internal project management team across the whole process of transition of tasks to Hyderabad and ensure efficient project management of different work streams for operational efficiencies through quality, productivity and process excellence Focus on execution. Develop scorecards and SLAs for ongoing monitoring and adjustment of service delivery ensuring Business Case savings are delivered.

MBA with Graduate in Pharmacy, Science Fluent in English. Knowledge of an additional foreign language preferable. Overall 10-15 years of experience with 3-5 years managing senior leadership stakeholders within mid-large global organisations. Strong understanding of managing complex matrix based organisation/off-shored environment. Has people management experience in within their work history. Also possesses strong management and conflict resolution skills. Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to demonstrate strong influencing, negotiation and diplomacy skills
