ABVP disrupted Emraan Hashmi’s film shooting at OU

Hyderabad: Students’ union, ABVP disrupted the shooting of Bollywood actor, Emraan Hashmi at OU. Emraan Hashmi was shooting for his upcoming film in which he is playing the role of Mohammad Azharuddin, former Indian Captain.

ABVP and other students’ organizations raised the slogans when the film crew reached the OU Arts College building. Student leader claims that film shooting on the campus will result in disturbance to students. They also claimed that they won’t allow any commercial activity on the campus.

However, E Suresh Kumar, Registrar of Osmania University said that the crew took the permission for film shooting. He also said that permission was granted for Sunday. Meanwhile, OU police said that no complaint was launched against any person.

Sources revealed that the film is based on the life of Mohammed Azharuddin. In the film Bollywood actress, Nargis Fakri and Prachi Desai are playing the role of Azharuddin’s wives.
