Set and execute dealership business plan and departmental objectives.
Ensuring all technical problems are solved with their root cause analysis in co-ordination with dealership team.
Ensure all dealership targets are achieved as per plan.
Responsible for Increase of after sales service and thereby increased customer market share.
Improve customer satisfaction levels across service touch points-Ensure prompt, polite and efficient contact with potential and existing customers.
Guide team members and provide them proper directions.
Monitoring vital few parameters on a daily basis from Dealer management system, reviewing team on improvement and finalizing action plans on improvement.
Ensure all customers who come in contact with any dealership staff have a pleasant experience.
Able to review various MIS reports and takes necessary corrective actions.
Responsible for warranty systems adherence at dealer points.
Customer Retention Activities – free service camps, customer meet & initial quality survey etc to fulfil customer desire as well as to achieve satisfaction
Customer complaint: resolution of all complaints-written / verbal complaints within the set deadlines
Responsible for manpower training & development in assigned territory and championing training parameter for complete area office.
Improve CSI / SSI, any other customer satisfaction scores Meets customers and employees regularly to understand ground realities.
Plan and adjust the workloads of department personnel to match their skills and abilities.
Plan and prepare annual budget for the department and facilities, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
Follow up closely during implementation.
