Gujarati Aloo

Ingredients:

2 – Potatoes (big)

2 tsp – oil

1 tsp – Mustard Seeds

1 tsp – Turmeric powder

1 – Green chilli

Salt – to taste

1/2 tsp – Lemon juice

1/2 tsp – Sugar

Curry leaves

Method

Peel the boiled potatoes and cut it into even size cubes.

Heat oil in a kadai, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chillies, turmeric powder, boiled potatoes, salt, sugar and lemon juice.

Mix well. Serve hot.
