Minister for Panchayat Raj and Information Technology K Taraka Ramarao today announced that some 700 e-Panchayats will come into force by this month-end and offer best services to the people.
Inaugurating an e-Panchayat at Bibipet in the Nizamabad district here on Friday, KTR said bringing all citizen services to the people was the main aim of ePanchayats. The services to be offered to the people through e Panchayats include those of lands, caste, income, birth, death and banking.
KTR took exception to the Opposition for coming in the way of development. “They cannot halt progress of the State by making false statements”, he charged. The Government was committed to keep all its promises welfare schemes and development programs.
