According to Falaknuma police, 21-year-old Roohi Begum W/O Ameen Shaikh, R/O of Falaknuma caught fire while cooking on September 23 and sustained serious burn injuries. she died on Sunday night. Roohi’s father alleged that his son-in-law tortured his daughter and expressed suspicion over her death.
In another incident Farzana (28) W/O Mohammed Javeed, R/O Old Safeelguda succumbed to burn injuries. She had suffered burns on September 15 at her house. Naridmet police has registered a case.
