The Central Crime Station (CCS) of Hyderabad City Police have arrested 13 more accused in connection with the attack on Marredpally Police Station.
The arrested accused persons have been identified as Karre Narsimha, Gudigandla Chandrashekar, Nandapally Shankar, Kavali Basappa, Chilkolla Narsimha, Kundamoothi Ajay Kiran, Bathili Shiva, Bidar Yesu, Voktolu Bannappa, Mohd Mahaboob, Naslai Lingappa and Jakkathi Chandrappa and a juvenile boy Guddi Nagapolu Ashok @ Benny. Police have seized 24 mobile Phones, iron rod and one motorcycle from their possession. Efforts are afoot to arrest remaining absconding accused, police said.
Police have earlier arrested 35 persons on the charges of attacking the Marredpally Police Station. According to police, of nearly 200 persons involved in the attack, 101 have been identified. (INN)
