Agra: Hindus and Muslims protests and demands action against the culprit who assaulted 11-year-old girl. BJP and VHP leaders demand the closure of Madrassa and the arrest of the culprits. Meanwhile, Police gave an assurance that action will be taken within 7 days.
It is alleged that 11-year-old girl was assaulted and an attempt was made to sexually assault her by an unidentified students from a nearby Madrassa.
While the villagers demand immediate arrest of the accused, BJP and VHP leaders demand the closure of the Madrassa. Mohammed Agaz, a local Muslim leader also support the demand and said if the Madrassa boys have attempted the sexual assault then it must be closed. However, Head of Madrassa, Abdul Mannan said that if Madrassa boys attempted this sexual assault, action should be taken against them.
Meanwhile, huge police is deployed. Police also sealed the village and Madrassa to avoid any violence.
